  • The recorder itself is included (not left on a nightstand!)
  • The return label is attached and legible

When Will I Get My Results?

Once we receive your completed test, your results are usually ready within 3 to 5 business days.

A board-certified sleep physician will review your results and send them directly to your medical provider. Your provider will explain what the results mean and discuss the next steps with you, if needed. The timing varies slightly depending on your insurance requirements. If you want an update on your test, our support team is happy to check the status for you.

What Happens Next?

Based on your results and your medical history, your provider recommends starting treatment for sleep apnea. Everyone’s situation is different, so your provider will work with you directly to choose a treatment path that actually fits your life, whether that’s CPAP therapy, an oral appliance, positional changes, or another approach entirely.

What If My Test Doesn't Give a Clear Answer?

Sometimes, a test does not give clear results. This can happen if the recording was too short, a sensor moved during the night, or your symptoms change from one night to another. If this happens, it doesn't mean you did anything wrong. Your provider recommends repeating the test or using a multi-night test to get a clearer picture of your sleep.
